Booking Process

  • Get in touch by entering a few quick details into our enquiry form. We recommend doing this between 6-12 months before your wedding date.

  • You will hear from us within 5 days with either a price list or quotation sheet to create a free custom quote. A custom quote will be created within 7 days of receiving a completed quotation sheet.

  • Once booked with us the next step is to book in a face to face or phone consultation. This is the fun part. We get to talk all things florals and start planning your special day.

  • A booking is made by making a non-refundable Booking fee of 30% of the total booking price. *Please note we receive a high volume of enquiries for each date and no booking is confirmed until a booking fee has been paid.

  • We will be in touch 5 weeks prior to your wedding date. We will confirm all details and requirements.
