You’re loving the vision. Let’s make it official! Simply click accept on your quote. This will automatically generate an invoice for payment of your 30% booking fee. We will then shoot through our terms and conditions for you to sign. After this you will be officially a Naked Florist Couple!

We’ll reach out six months before your big day to discuss our styling options and check in on how everything is coming together as you prepare for your wedding.

Eight weeks before your big day, we’ll schedule a consultation to finalise your floral designs. We will cover all aspects of the floral designs as well as our service and actions on the day opening up time to discuss any quesitons you may have. Following this you will recieve an updated quote and mood board for review as well as our schedule for the day. We then invite you to sit back and relax until the day is here.

We begin our day with your wedding party deliveries. Following this we unload and begin creating your dream florals! Now it’s time to soak up all the beauty and enjoy your day.

Perfect for couples with smaller floral requirements or those who are working with a smaller budget yet still value high end floral designs.

Collect the morning of or the night before from our Newcastle studio. All designs are perfected and packaged ready for you simply to place and admire.

Our service starts at $3500 Inc GST

Please note this service is offered on a case by case basis.

We bring your wedding vision to life by delivering your flowers directly to you and crafting each floral design on-site, ensuring every detail is perfect for your special day.

Your Investment: $8000 Minimum

Your Inclusions:

• 1x Initial quote + 1x Revision

• 1x Mood board + revision

• 1× 20 Minute Consultation + 1× 45 Minute Consultation

• Up to 50 emails

For bookings over $10k our service looks a little different. Deal directly with lead designer Ashleigh across all details of your day. Included within this investment are the following inclusions:

• Up to 3 quote + mood board revisions

• Unlimited emails

• Up to 3x meetings either face to face of via video call depending on location

• 1x Site visit if required

We love a destination wedding. Wherever you choose to wed, we will be there by your side.

Destination locations have a minimum spend of 10k.

Any required additional travel expenses will be factored into your quote.
