What stood out the most about your experience with us?
There is not one single aspect about our experience that stood out because the whole experience was beyond words, just absolute magic. Everything was so seamless with Ash. From the moment we booked her, there was not a single moment I felt worried about anything to do with flowers! We placed full trust in her and we couldn't imagine booking someone where it didn't feel this way. Some people you just get a really good gut feeling about and this was out experience with Ash.
Did you feel relaxed, confident and informed during the booking process?
I am a self-confessed type A girl. Something that even surprised me was how relaxed I felt when it came to florals. I didn't have a single doubt in my mind from the moment we booked Ash that what she would create would be beyond beautiful and that she wouldn't deliver on the brief. I felt so confident that I had almost no idea what she would arrive with on the day and that did not phase me a single bit. She was also incredibly prompt and responsive to anything I sent or asked and nothing ever felt like too much. She always made us feel like our day was a priority to her regardless of having countless of couples she was working with at the same time.
If we weren't to have created for you, do you think your day would have had the same feeling?
There is no way our day would have been the same without The Naked Florist. Ash was the most phenomenal person to deal with from start to finish. She was so genuine about her excitement and investment in our day. She gave us so much support, direction when we needed it, and was flexible to any changes that were made - even last minute! Her passion and love for her job are so evident in her work and the way she deals with her clients. She made us feel so special and was a HUGE HUGE reason as to why our wedding simply the BEST day of our lives.
Did we exceed your expectations in any way?
I don't think I ever fully appreciated the impact of florals on a wedding day until it was our turn. We were blown away by how much the florals elevated every aspect of the day. Everywhere we turned there was a little pocket of floral joy and the flowers were a perfect representation of us and the day. The flowers were also really special to me, my Grandma was passionate about flowers and spent many years doing flower shows and judging, I know she would have adored what was created for us. Josh also commented on them, and for that to be the case is a testament to Ash - they were honestly DIVINE.
Lastly, did you love what we created for you?
I will never forget the moment Ash walked into the villa with my bouquet. I get emotional watching back the video our coordinator took of that moment. It encapsulates the pure joy I felt in seeing the creation. It was everything I could have hoped for. The colours, types of flowers, and formation of the bouquet plus our ceremony design was so beautiful, words don't do the creations, or the emotions we felt as a result, justice.
